Yoga in the Workplace is a mobile yoga option available to businesses. Our instructor comes to your place of business to lead your employees through poses, meditation, and mindfulness practices. There is a minimal space requirement, and we have setup in a hallway before proving that yoga is accessible anywhere and everywhere! 

Full subsidy: Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee (highly recommended to show support and foster employer-employee relationships) and can be claimed on most health spending and benefit plans or as a tax deduction*

Partial subsidy: Class fees are shared by employee and employer 

Hosting: Employer offers a space for the class time and employees individually pay for classes (best fit for small corporations with the space but cannot afford to pay subsidies. Employees can claim through health spending and benefit plans)
