Yoga Class

Yin Yoga

Unwind and find your inner peace with our Yin Yoga class. This unique practice targets deep connective tissues in the body and encourages relaxation through long, meditative holds. Yin is different than Restorative.  With Restorative yoga you are assisted by props to maintain the poses.  With Yin yoga, props are not used but the practice is much slower and meditative than Vinyasa or Power Yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga
