An 8-week in-depth transformation helping you to:

You have the option to take the self-led program in your own time, or to participate in group Zoom lessons and discussions, as well as one-on-one coaching with Amanda to support you every step of the way. Additional support sessions are also available as required for both the self-led and group sessions.

If you're interested in the H.A.P.P.Y Program but are unsure if you're ready to dive deep into self development and the work, then these modules are perfect for you. The H.A.P.P.Y. Program has been broken down into smaller, more manageable chunks, called Modules. Take them as you feel ready, or pick the topics that speak the most to you.
I am also here for you every step of the way, and offer Private or Group Life Coaching Sessions to really hone in on what you feel you could work on.
Uniting Body and Mind
Moving your body mindfully while connecting with the breath is an essential aspect of personal care and growth. Showing our bodies love through movement creates room for positivity and growth.
Online Yoga Classes are hosted through Zoom, until the world opens up again.

I'll let you in on a secret - Most people have no idea what they're doing! They want to make a change in their lives but don't know how or where to start. They feel lost, hopeless, confused, frustrated, or overwhelmed.
But I can help. I've used my own personal development journey, books I've read, experience I've gained (and mistakes I've made), my education and experience as a RYT-200 Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and my education towards my BA Psychology major/Family & Small Business Management minor to develop a program and a system to help you achieve your goals, overcome your obstacles, find clarity and direction, and join an amazing community of supportive, empowering people along the way! You will work closely with me and your peers, one-on-one or in a group, to create the life you have always desired. I have done it and I know you can, too!

Origin and Evolution
Balanced & Blissful is dedicated to helping people create the lives they have always dreamed of. We are creating unique and enriching experiences for people to enjoy. What started out as a personal journey and weekend workshop has grown into a transformative Wellness Strategist and Yoga & Meditation Centre that has changed lives. We offer Individual & Group Strategy Sessions, Yoga & Meditation classes and workshops, Empowerment and Life Manifesting classes and workshops, and retreats, as well as an online store for all your yoga apparel and equipment needs. Our online virtual experience makes change accessible to everyone, and we're excited to be working together in-person again!
Our mission is to empower women with the skills and mindset necessary to live lives of balance and bliss through the values of strength, family, vitality, courage, and health. Using a holistic approach to wellness, we incorporate yoga and exercise, strategy and growth, mental and emotional development, nutrition, finances, and relationships to create lives of balance and bliss.
